Any law student registering for more than 16 hours is charged an additional fee of $1,795 for each additional hour. Students registering for fewer than part-time hours will be charged $1,795 per credit hour. All students are charged a general fee and SBA dues. A one-time matriculation fee of $103 is assessed at the student’s first registration.

The fall tuition and fee payment must be received by Monday, August 31. A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty is Friday, August 28. Financial counseling is available in the Finance Department/Financial Aid Departments.

Fall Intersession classes are charged at $1,795 per credit hour. No general fees or SBA dues are charged. If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the fall term, your payment for intersession must be received with your payment for the fall term by Monday, August 31; otherwise payment is due on Monday, August 17.


Spring 2016 Semester (Estimate):

Spring Intersession classes are charged at $1,795 per credit hour.  No general fees or SBA dues are charged during intersession.  If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the spring term, your payment for intersession must be received with your payment for the spring term no later than Monday, January 25; otherwise payment is due on Monday, January 11.

For returning students, the summer tuition and fee payment must be received no later than Monday, June 8, and for Fast Track new start students, no later than Tuesday, May 26.  A $50 late fee is assessed after that date. The last day to withdraw without any financial penalty for returning students Friday, June 5 and for Fast Track new start students is Friday, May 22. Financial counseling is available in the Finance/Financial Aid Departments.

Summer Intersession classes are charged at $2,080 per credit hour. No general fees or SBA dues are charged during intersession. If you are taking intersession classes and also taking classes for the summer term, your payment for intersession must be received with your payment for the summer term no later than Monday, June 8; otherwise payment is due on Monday, June 18.

France Study Abroad classes are charged at $983 per credit hour. No general fees or SBA dues are charged. Your payment must be received by Monday, May 25.
