RSVP Today! Litigation vs. Transactional Panel on Tuesday, August 28th

Do litigators ever go to court?
Do transactional attorneys ever leave the office?
Which practice area is a better fit for you?

Join the CSD for their fall kick-off panel on Tuesday, August 28th from Noon-1:15 PM in Room 550, Litigation vs. Transactional,  featuring two attorneys with very different viewpoints.  This year, two senior lawyers from the same firm – one with a litigation practice and one with a transactional practice – will discuss their areas of expertise.  We’ll see how the attorneys and practices differ – and how they are alike.  Students can expect to learn what personalities would do best in these practice areas, what they can be doing now to prepare for these careers, and what type of work is available with both practices.  Expect some great banter between these attorneys as they talk about the highs and lows of both transactional and litigation work!

All students are welcome to attend, but you must RSVP on Symplicity or 1st Semester 1Ls can RSVP via e-mail to careerservices@fcsl.edu by Tuesday, August 28th at 9:00 AM in order for us to get a proper food count… Lunch will be served to those who RSVP!!!
