IMPACT: Career Fair for Law Students & Attorneys with Disabilities

This job fair is open to law students returning to school in Fall 2012 and graduates from Classes of 2012 and earlier.  We are pleased you will be joining us for the 2012 IMPACT Career Fair on Friday, August 3, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, Arlington, VA .

Please review these instructions prior to registering.

 IMPORTANT:  Employers may register through Thursday, July 5, 2012.  You may upload applications materials until the student/grad upload deadline – Sunday, July 8, 2012, 11:59 pm Eastern Time.

Student/Graduate Timelines & Deadlines:

  • Deadline for students/graduates to register and upload application materials electronically for each employer
 July 8, 2012 (SU) 11:59 pm Eastern Time
  • Employers will prescreen applications and submit interviewee choices to IMPACT Registration Coordinator
 July 16, 2012 (M)
  • Selected interviewees receive email from Barbara Carlson with link to sign-up for interview time slot
 July 16, 2012 (M) – NOON
July 18, 2012 (W) Eastern Time
  • Employers and interviewees will receive interview schedules as they are completed from Registration Coordinator
July 20, 2012 (F)

10:00 am – Noon
Interviews (20-minute schedule) in hotel – Independence Center Exhibitation Hall

Noon -  1:00 pm

 Luncheon with Keynote Speaker – Independence Center Exhibition Hall
Sara Mahoney, Director of Workforce Recruitment Program (Coordinated by the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy & the U.S. Dept. of Defense

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

 Interviews (20-minute schedule) in hotel – Independence Center
