BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the Florida Coastal faculty, Professor Anderson practiced media and telecommunications law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in Washington, D.C. During and prior to law school, she interned with law firms in Charlotte and Greensboro, NC and for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. At Coastal Law, Professor Anderson has taught Contracts I & II, Professional Responsibility and Media Law. Professor Anderson's scholarly works, focused on unethical conflicts of interest and privacy law, are available at http://ssrn.com/author=1178114. Her work has been published in law journals at Indiana, Ohio State, UC Hastings, Utah and Washington and Lee and cited in the Harvard Law Review, Stanford Law Review and California Law Review.
