BACKGROUND
After graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2006, Professor Desai served as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit in the misdemeanor and felony divisions as well as a Judicial Staff Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Professor Desai also served as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida, and the Public Defender's office, Fourth Judicial Circuit.
