In this federal hiring presentation, we will discuss specifics on how the federal hiring process works, as well as how to successfully use USA Jobs to apply to federal positions. Room 455. The Criminal Law panel will consist of an ASA from the State Attorney's Office, two investigators from the Public Defender's Office and an attorney from a Private Defense Firm. The panel will be discussing topics such as interaction with other attorneys, support staff, investigators, their clients, and their clients family members. They will also touch on the resources they use and what documents the attorneys must sign off on and what information their support staff can assist them with. They will also focus on their communication methods and how that changes based on the party they are speaking with and who the party is contacting. Lunch will be provided and one CPE credit has been approved for the event.
