Full-time and Adjunct Lawyering Process Faculty
Full time (non-tenure track, long-term renewable contracts) and Adjunct Lawyering Process Faculty:
Positions maintain responsibilities within the Lawyering Process program, the school’s first year legal research, analysis, and writing courses that focus on preparing students for practice. The program is a two-semester, six-credit, graded curriculum comprised of Lawyering Process I which focuses on objective legal analysis, research/writing, and client interviewing/counseling skills, and Lawyering Process II which focuses on trial-level written and oral advocacy as well as negotiation and mediation skills.
