I don’t have a foreign law degree, but I have a Master’s degree in Business Administration and want to study the U.S. legal system. Am I eligible for admission?

No. You must have obtained a law degree from outside of the United States in order to be eligible for admission into Florida Coastal’s U.S. Law LL.M. program.

The tuition for the twenty-six (26) credit hour program is $575 per credit hour, for a total cost of $14,950. This is a fraction of the cost of residential LL.M. programs. Other than the cost of reading materials, there are no additional costs and no additional fees.  The tuition for non-degree seeking students is $1,000 per credit hour.

Upon acceptance to the program, a payment of $575 is due as a seat deposit to reserve a student’s place in the program.  The seat deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards the first semester tuition payment.  Thereafter, tuition payments are due at the beginning of each semester in accordance with the number of credit hours taken.  For example, a student who takes 10 credit hours during a particular semester would owe tuition in the amount of $5,750 by the first day of class.  The deadline to pay tuition each semester is the last day of the drop/add period of that semester.

If you reside in the U.S., you may make payment by credit card, money order, certified check, personal check, or wire transfer. If you do not reside in the U.S.,  you may make payment by either credit card or wire transfer. Be advised that a 2% surcharge is applied to all payments made by credit or debit card.
